Privacy Policy

Truck Yeah! ("we", "our", "us") is a racing game for iPhone and iPad. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The short version: your progress stays on your device, we don't run servers that store your details, and we never sell your data.

Information We Collect

• Game progress: Coins, upgrades, results, trophies and settings. Saved on your device only.
• Sign in with Apple (optional): An anonymous user ID from Apple and, the first time you sign in, the name and email you choose to share. Kept in your device's secure Keychain. We never receive them.
• Game Center (optional): Your best Time Trial times, posted to Apple's Game Center under your Game Center profile.
• Purchases: Handled entirely by Apple. The game only learns which items you own, never your payment details.
• Ads (optional): If you choose to watch an ad, it is served by Google AdMob, which may collect your device's advertising identifier, approximate location and how you interact with the ad. See Advertising below.
• This website: Cloudflare delivers this site and keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser type) for security. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

How We Use Your Information

• To save your progress and settings.
• To show Time Trial leaderboards.
• To give you the items you buy.
• To show the ads you choose to watch, and the reward that comes with them.
• To answer you when you email us.

Sharing of Information

We only work with the services needed to run the game:

• Apple (Sign in with Apple, Game Center and App Store purchases)
• Google AdMob (optional rewarded ads)
• Cloudflare (website delivery and security)

We do not sell your personal data.

Advertising

Ads in Truck Yeah! are always your choice. Nothing plays unless you tap to watch it.

• Before any ad identifier is used, iOS asks whether the game may track you. If you say no, you still get the reward, the ads are just less personalised.
• In the UK, EU and some other regions, you are also asked for consent through Google's consent form, and you can change your answer later in the game's settings.
• Google's own use of data is covered by Google's privacy policy.

Children

Truck Yeah! is a game for all ages, but it isn't made specifically for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Anyone can play as a guest without giving any details at all. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Your sign in details are kept in the iOS Keychain and your progress never leaves your device. We take reasonable steps to protect any information we hold, but no internet transmission is completely secure.

Your Rights

You can delete everything the game stores at any time: on the title screen, tap Account, then Delete My Data. Deleting the app does the same. You may also ask for access to, correction of or deletion of any personal information we hold by contacting us.

International Users

Truck Yeah! is made in Australia and available worldwide. Wherever you play, this policy applies, along with any extra rights your local laws give you.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
